Take Lab Rascals, for example. They had 30 Lego multimeters essential for their renewable energy workshops. The original battery housings were discontinued, potentially making the multimeters useless and workshops impossible, which would have been a significant expense. We stepped in and redesigned the housings for easy battery replacement and even added a USB port making regharging a breeze, saving them from having to replace all the equipment.
